You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of the package to initiate a return. As we offer a handmade custom product, we do not accept refunds, so we recommend making the purchase responsibly.

If you have any questions about the product, please write to us at hello@jirula.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving any doubts.

If you have received an incorrect/defective item, we apologize. Please contact us within 24/72 hours of receiving the order at our email hello@jirula.com and provide us with the following information:

• Your order number
• Product code/Product name

GENERAL INFORMATION

The product must be in perfect condition, and it is necessary to include the original tags. It is IMPORTANT that you keep both the boxes and the transport labels, as well as the packaging of the boxes. In case of any issues, we will also request photographs of them.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will depend on the country.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our pieces are handmade, so they may contain imperfections and unique features that are part of their final design. We do not offer returns for these types of characteristics.
